RECRUITMENT & RETENTION
With so little representation of LatinoX and Hispanic employees in the tech community, we align with InfoBlox staffing to help locate, recruit and hire qualified candidates of color. After the hire we provide resources to support inclusion, encourage balanced employee growth, and bring to light high promotion and retention rates.
INFORM
Raising awareness for the Hispanic/Latinx culture. As part of this ERG, members will participate in and volunteer at organizations and events that promote professional and personal development for LatinX and Hispanic communities.
